Hum, I think if photo = event/tournament, the best person with the best photo win a prize and that photo will be the image of the forum? becaus if not, then I dont understand that as an event

There will be other offgame contests, also including screenshot contests. Guild photo itself is an event, because you need to get XXX people sitting still for a few minutes. You cannot expect that everyone has pleasure in gathering at one place and sitting around. But we will do something other than guild photo, too. That's why it's multiple choice.
Greenwich Main Time and Pacific Standard Time.and GMT or PST?
Europeans tend to use GMT and Americans use PST, so I took in both. We have members from all over the world. I meant no offense, but I don't know which time pattern is used in Asia. >_<

Travel? All you'd have to do is wander your character to the nearest Guild Cottage in game. It's not like we're taking the pic in real life. If you PM me your region or message me actively (in game on over messenger) with your current time I should be able to give you your time zone. I say region cause usually entire states will be mostly in the same time zone. It is more reliable to give me your current time while I am online tho.
Guild Photo is as Jin mentioned an additional issue we will address while we are all gathered together, it is not the primary focus for the 'Christmas Event'. I haven't voted because I'm not sure what is happening with me still.

Moment! I'm studying in other city where there's no my house...so everytime when I done with my school, I travel to my family...whats wrong with this? I mean, I can't leave my acc online, and if I can log in in vacations, its just to say hi, happy xmas etc, no to play as like (18 hours ftw)

I would love a guild photo XD it will be fun since i haven had i b4 in other on9 games.But singing christmas songs to annoy and recruit ppl sounds fun and evil XD using guild photo as forum skin will be good too X3
