Edit: went ahead and did it already. Made the elders leader of their group.

I hope it dont annoy you Tai or Viet, but I made the list of the ranks with branch, members and all that thing

Didn't think it was necessary to compile that list till we had some more memberes, but good to start the structure now. Going to go ahead and edit tai's post.
